SCOTT發掘了公路車的第五元素『駕馭制動』,這個概念讓全新的FOIL DISC有了嶄新的車架設計,專屬的空力前叉具備特殊的3:1不對稱式導流罩,可將碟煞卡鉗隱身在車體結構後方,大幅降低了風阻係數,SCOTT在針對碟煞車架空氣力學設計的同時也加大了輪組安裝間隙,最大可達30C的輪胎寬度,符合舒適和安全的公路車趨勢,車架+前叉重量僅僅只比輪煞版本多出40克,卻能裝載更精準的剎車手感,以及更放心的雨地與下坡制動性能,這就是你需要的未來公路車。
